Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please email us at sales@poochisimo.co.uk , quoting the order number and the product condition / reason for return within 7 days of receipt. Damaged / defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the original delivery note. After we receive the product, we will examine the damage / defect of the item(s) and if we find the defect as described in your email, we will send you a replacement for the item(s) or a full refund should it be out of stock. Otherwise, the original item may be sent back to you.

We will re-imburse the postage paid to return faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement.
Other Returns - (product doesn't fit, no longer required, ordered by mistake etc.)

If you have purchase goods that you do not wish to keep for any reason, you must return the item(s) in a re-saleable, pristine condition with any labels still attached and all original packing in tact. In order to return goods please email us at sales@poochisimo.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please include the original delivery note with your returned item(s).

We will refund you the full invoice amount.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Poochisimo reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund / replace seasonal items unless faulty, so please measure your dog carefully.

The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using special or recorded delivery. Without proof of postage we are unable to provide credit or refund.
Exchanges

If you require an exchange, please email us at sales@poochisimo.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number and return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

You will be required to pay an additional delivery charge of £1.99 (UK) / £6.95 (outside UK) via cheque or postal order (payable to Poochisimo), which you should enclosed with your returned item(s) to cover the dispatch costs of your replacement item(s). Alternatively, you can contact us via email and request we issue a Paypal invoice to you for this amount.

Luxury Dog Beds

You may return any standard item within 7 working days upon receipt of goods for an exchange or a full refund. Please inform us by email and we will contact you with details of where to return the dog bed. Providing we have been informed by email and the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Any items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition will be returned back to the customer without a refund being issued.

Please note: Faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded in full. For all other returns or exchanges postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

If you wish to cancel an order then please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order.

If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
