Goods are usually dispatched the same day as ordered provided the order is received by 2pm, orders received after this time are often dispatched the same day but may be dispatched the next working day.

If you require an item urgently, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Postage and packaging is currently FREE to all UK addresses for orders of £25.00 and over. All other orders will be charged a postage and packaging cost of either £2.70 for 1st class or £2.20 for 2nd class depending on your chosen option. Some higher value orders may be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery and will therefore require a signature when delivered. If nobody is at the address to sign for the package, Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to either collect from the nearest sorting office or telephone to rearrange delivery. Although the vast majority of orders will arrive within 2 working days (3 to 5 working days for larger items), we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery to cover unexpected eventualities and Royal Mail delays.

(UK MAINLAND ONLY).

EUROPE

We are able to deliver many of our items to other European countries. Due to the varying delivery costs for these different countries, please email us at enquiries@poochisimo.co.uk with your request and we will be happy to email back a price for postage and packaging. Although the vast majority of orders should arrive within 5 working days, please allow up to 10 working days to cover unexpected eventualities.

Please note that Poochisimo Dog Boutique is not a VAT registered company and therefore no VAT will be charged for your order.
